6. HealthspanMD Communications & Messaging
By opting into our messaging program, you can expect to receive information about our services, personalized health guidance and updates from HealthspanMD™ in the form of email and text. Our messages include tips on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and toxin avoidance, as well as reminders for upcoming appointments, special offers, and important health alerts. We are committed to supporting your journey to a longer, healthier life through evidence-based strategies and expert coaching. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
